摘要
"坚持人民至上"、传承重视民生的红色基因,是党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》中总结的宝贵经验和精神财富之一,也是中国共产党百年奋斗、百年辉煌的力量源泉。重视民生的红色基因是党的性质、宗旨的本质体现,是马克思主义"人民观"中国化的伟大实践。重视民生的红色基因,形成于革命年代,由党和人民共同创造,在领导中国革命、建设、改革开放和实现"中国梦"的伟大实践中孕育发展,经历了民生救国、民生立国、民生富国、民生强国四个阶段,按照"民生-民心-民权-民族"的理论逻辑,形成了以"生命""生存""生活""生产""生态"为一体的民生实践体系并实践百年,成功领导中国人民实现从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃。重视民生的红色基因蕴涵的经验和启示,是中华民族伟大复兴的宝贵精神财富。
Adhering to the “People First” and inheriting the red gene putting on Minsheng is one of the valuable experience and spiritual wealth summarized in the resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the major achievements and historical experience of the party’s centennial struggle adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee. It is also the source of strength for the CPC’s centennial struggle and centennial glory. The red gene for Minsheng is the essential embodiment of the party’s nature and purpose. It is a great practice of Sinicizing the Marxist “outlook on the people”. It was formed in the revolutionary era and created jointly by the party and the people. It has bred and developed in the great practice of leading China’s revolution, construction, reform and opening up and realizing the “Chinese dream”. It has experienced Minsheng to save the country, build the country, enrich the country in accordance with the theoretical logic of “Minsheng-people’s will-civil rights-nation”, the four stages of building a strong country with Minsheng have formed a Minsheng practice system integrating “life”, “survival”, “life”, “production” and “ecology”, which has been practiced for a century, and successfully led the Chinese people to realize the great leap from standing up, becoming rich to becoming strong. The experience and Enlightenment contained therein have become valuable spiritual wealth for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
