4D-STIC技术联合NT超声在胎儿心脏畸形诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的:研究四维时间-空间关联成像(4D-STIC)技术联合颈项透明层厚度(NT)超声在孕中期胎儿心脏畸形诊断中的应用价值,为患者临床诊断提供指导。方法:选取永州市中心医院于2018年6月~2019年6月收治的3000例产前行胎儿畸形筛查的孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各1500例。对照组应用NT超声进行检查,观察组在对照组基础上联合4D-STIC技术检查,观察并比较两组诊断符合率。结果:观察组孕妇房室连接异常、动脉分支/干异常诊断准确率明显高于对照组孕妇,且诊断符合率94.12%,也明显高于对照组的69.12%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:4D-STIC技术联合NT超声在孕中期胎儿心脏畸形诊断中准确率较高,能更准确了解胎儿心房、心室及心室-动脉连接异常情况。 Objective To study the application of 4D-STIC technology combined with NT ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformations in the second trimester,providing guidance for clinical diagnosis of patients.Method 3,000 pregnant women who underwent prenatal screening for fetal malformations in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected for research,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,1500 cases in each group.The control group was examined with NT ultrasound,and the observation group was examined with 4D-STIC technology on the basis of the control group.The diagnosis coincidence rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of abnormal atrioventricular connection and arterial branch/stem abnormality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the diagnostic coincidence rate(94.12%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(69.12%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 4D-STIC technology combined with NT ultrasound has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformations in the second trimester,it can more accurately understand the abnormalities of the fetal atrium,ventricle and ventricular-arterial connection.
