摘要
华北原油管网运行情况复杂,单次排产就可以生成多种可行方案。常用的能耗最低优化评价方法,难以筛选出兼顾经济性和安全性的最佳排产方案。采用专家讨论与问卷调查相结合的方法,建立了包含操作成本、重新配泵次数和管道停输时间的三指标评价体系。使用层次分析法与数值规范化法,进行权重分配和数值预处理,建立了排产方案优选的多指标评价模型。实例应用表明:优选出的最佳方案在三个指标上表现出均衡性,表明模型能够为华北原油管网筛选出经济性好、配泵变化少、停输时间合理且安全可靠的运行方案。
The operation of North China crude oil pipeline network is complex,and a single production scheduling can generate a variety of feasible schemes.It is difficult to screen out the best production scheduling scheme with consideration of economy and safety by the commonly used optimization evaluation method of minimum energy consumption.By using the method of expert discussion and questionnaire survey,a three index evaluation system including operation cost,pump re allocation times and pipeline shutdown time was established.By using analytic hierarchy process and numerical normalization method,weight distribution and numerical preprocessing are carried out,and a multi index evaluation model for production scheduling scheme optimization is established.The application of the example shows that the optimized scheme is balanced in three indexes,which indicates that the model can screen out a safe and reliable operation scheme with good economy,less pump distribution change,reasonable shutdown time for North China crude oil pipeline network.
