高潜水区煤矿区地表沉陷过程中土壤过程研究

摘要 矿区作为生态破坏和环境污染较为严重的区域,同时也是人为干预下生态环境变化最为剧烈的区域。高潜水区煤矿区的煤炭开采会造成严重的土地损毁,生态环境恶化和一系列土壤功能丧失,如何实现对矿区土壤的修复是当前研究的主要方向之一。而高潜水区采煤地表沉陷过程中会伴随着剧烈的生态演替,本文使用16srRNA高通量测序测定了土壤微生物多样性,即土壤细菌的类型与种间差别,对照地表沉陷过程,探讨地表沉陷过程中土壤变化的过程。 Mining area is not only the area with serious ecological damage and environmental pollution,but also the area with the most drastic change of ecological environment due to human intervention.It is one of the main research directions that how to realize the restoration of the soil in the mining area of high diving area,which will cause the serious land damage,ecological environment deterioration and a series of soil function loss.In this paper,16srRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to determine soil microbial diversity,that is,the types and species differences of soil bacteria,compared with the process of surface subsidence,this paper discusses the process of soil change in the process of surface subsidence.
