摘要
文章简要综述国内对建筑展览的研究,聚焦于当代建筑学术策展,即具有策展或研究意识的当代建筑展览。首先,基于“策展主体”这一概念,围绕设计与研究的互动详细分析了已经浮现的四类学术策展。其次,通过分析策展主体之间的权力关系,探究上述策展行动参与的知识生产路径。这些案例表明了设计与研究的双向互动使得策展行动成为了创造性的建筑学知识实践;同时揭示了展览可能并不包含完整的研究,但可以在更广泛的研究路径中参与知识生产。最后,提出将策展视为一种参与性的知识实践,使展览的能动性指向建筑学。
After a brief overview of research on Chinese architectural exhibitions,this paper focuses on architectural exhibitions with curatorial or research-based mentality in contemporary China.First,based on the concept of the“curatorial subject”,this paper analyzes the interaction between design and research in four categories of emerging academic curation.Second,this paper explores the power relations between curatorial subjects to outline the approach of knowledge production lying behind the above exhibitions.These cases reveal that by supporting the two-way interaction between design and research,the academic curatorial act constitutes creative architectural praxis and that exhibitions may not be the appropriate site for conducting integral research activity,but could engage with knowledge production in broader research approaches.Finally,this paper proposes to understand curation as praxis in the participatory sense to shift the agency of exhibition to architecture.
