摘要
针对高铁站房机房施工,以关键技术创新工艺为切入点,以设计标准化、专业一体化、生产工厂化、预制模块化、施工装配化、技术集成化和管理信息化为重点,开展以BIM深化设计、工业化预制加工、物联网运输配送、模块化装配施工为一体的装配式机房关键技术研究。装配式机房可节省机房面积,提高机房空间利用率,提升机房后期运行和检修维护的便捷性、高效性和安全性,同时通过合理布局得到较高的管底标高既增加美观性,还可使机房具有更加优质的照明效果。
Started with new process and focused on design standardization, discipline integration, production industrialization, prefabrication modularization, construction assembly, technology integration and management informationization, this paper introduces key technologies of prefabricated machine room, integrating detailed BIM design, industrial prefabrication, usage of Internet of Things in transportation and distribution, modular assembly construction. The prefabricated machine room can save area, improve space utilization rate, increase convenience, efficiency and safety in the later operation and maintenance. At the same time, the reasonable layout makes the pipe bottom elevation higher, which not only enhances aesthetics but also improves the lighting effect of the machine room.
