摘要 The Belt and Road Initiative,proposed in 2013 by Chinese President Xi Jinping,improves cooperation among its participants in terms of both economic and cultural development.Latin American countries started to join the initiative in 2017,and as of 2019,19 of them signed related memoranda of understanding with China.
