超大长径比双螺杆挤出聚丙烯腈原液流变性能

Rheological Properties of Polyacrylonitrile Solution Prepared by Twin Screw Extruder with Super Large Length to Diameter Ratio

摘要 超大长径比(136)双螺杆挤出机为啮合同向双螺杆挤出机,其螺杆直径为30 mm、螺杆总长4.08 m,采用双头螺纹元件,配置有输送、剪切、混合元件。采用超大长径比双螺杆挤出机制备了PAN纺丝原液,通过旋转流变仪测试并研究了PAN粉料质量分数和循环挤出次数对PAN纺丝原液流变性能的影响。结果表明,随着PAN粉料质量分数的增大,PAN纺丝原液的黏度和弹性模量增加;原液的黏性模量变化受到剪切频率的影响,在低频剪切条件下随质量分数的增加有一定增加,而在高频剪切条件下受质量分数的影响变小;随着循环挤出次数的增加,各质量分数的PAN纺丝原液的黏度和黏弹性模量均有一定程度的增加,而且随质量分数的增加,循环挤出次数的影响更加明显。 The twin screw extruder with a super large length to diameter ratio(136)belongs to an intermeshing corotating twin screw extruder,the screw diameter is 30 mm,the total screw length is 4.08 m.The screw has many double head screw elements for conveying,shearing,and mixing.The PAN spinning solution was prepared by the twin screw extruder.The rheological properties of the PAN spinning solution was tested by a rotary rheometer.The influence of mass fraction of PAN powder and the number of times of cyclic extrusion was investigated.The results showed that the viscosity and elastic modulus of the PAN spinning solution increased as the mass fraction of the PAN powder increased.The viscosity modulus of the PAN spinning solution was affected by the shear frequency.At low shear frequency,the viscosity modulus increased with the increase of mass fraction,while at high shear frequency,the influence of mass fraction on viscosity modulus became smaller.The viscosity and viscoelastic modulus of the PAN spinning solution increased with the increase of the number of times of cyclic extrusion.With the increase of mass fraction,the effect of the number of times of cyclic extrusion was more obvious.
