中国日语学习者非语言交际能力多维评价体系探索

Exploration into the multi-dimensional system for evaluating the non-verbal communicative competency of Chinese learners of Japanese

摘要 非语言交际是交际中不可或缺的重要部分,对不同文化中的非语言交际特征进行比较研究,对于提高外语学习者的跨文化交际能力具有重要参考价值。本研究基于多模态话语分析理论对中国日语学习者与日语母语者演讲中的非语言交际特征进行了考察。整体而言,日语母语者的"身体动作""点头"等非语言行为多于中国日语学习者,日语母语者的非语言行为与"てくれる"、拟声拟态词、格助词等语言特质存在共生关系。在此基础之上,本研究对非语言交际行为与交际能力的相关性、与交际效果(第三方评价)的相关性进行了考察。本研究旨在构建"数字化客观分析+交际能力层面考察+第三方交际效果评价"的多维考察体系,探索非语言交际跨文化比较研究的新模式。 Non-verbal communication is an essential part of communication.A comparative study on the characteristics of non-verbal communication in different cultures serves as great reference for improving foreign language learners’ cross-cultural communication competence.Based on the theory of multi-mode discourse analysis,this study investigates the characteristics of non-verbal communication in speeches of both Chinese learners of Japanese and native Japanese speakers.Generally speaking,the native Japanese speakers have more non-verbal behaviors such as body movements and nodding than the Chinese learners of Japanese;there is relationship of coexistence of the former group’s non-verbal behaviors with their linguistic traits including "-tekureru",onomatopoeias and case particles.On this basis,this study explores the correlation of non-verbal communicative behaviors with communicative competence and communicative effects evaluated by the third party.It is intended to construct a multi-dimensional evaluating system consisting of "digital objective analysis + assessment of communicative competence + e-valuation of communication effects by the third party" so as to explore a new mode of cross-cultural comparative studies on non-verbal communication.
