摘要 针对目前我国医疗资源配置不均、利用率不高、共享困难的问题,提出一种基于无线网的远程疾病诊断系统。首先根据系统需求,对系统整体架构进行设计;然后,根据系统功能需求,对系统健康预测模块和远程会诊模块进行设计,并采用改进灰色预测模型对用户健康数据短期趋势进行预测;最后,通过仿真实验对系统功能模块及系统性能进行测试。结果表明,本研究各功能模块均可正常运行,系统客户端在Android终端上具有启动时间较短,较低的CPU占用率和GPU占用率,且内存占用较低;在较大并发数下,本系统平均响应时间在30ms以内,系统吞吐量在300/s,可满足实际远程疾病诊断系统需求。 Aiming at the problems of uneven allocation,low utilization and difficult sharing of medical resources in China,a remote disease diagnosis system based on wireless network is proposed and designed to realize remote disease diagnosis for patients with chronic diseases,narrow the gap of medical resources allocation in different regions,and improve the utilization and sharing of medical resources.Firstl,according to the system requirements,the overall architecture of the system is designed,and the system is divided into seven modules:login registration,personal settings,health monitoring,health prediction,remote consultation,equipment management and case management.Then,according to the system functional requirements,the system health prediction module and remote consultation module are designed in detail,and the improved grey prediction model is used The short-term trend of household health data is predicted,which provides a certain reference for remote disease consultation.Finally,the system function module and system performance are tested through simulation experiments.The results show that all the functional modules in this study can work normally,the system client has shorter startup time on Huawei Android terminal,lower CPU and GPU occupancy rate,and lower memory occupancy;in the case of large concurrency,the average response time of the system is less than 30ms,and the system throughput is 300gs,which can meet the requirements of the actual remote disease diagnosis system.
