摘要 针对SF_(6)充气设备由于频繁的漏气故障所导致的安全风险,以及人工补气工作中面临的诸多问题和补气不及时所导致的设备风险,研制了一种基于电力物联网技术的SF_(6)自动补气装置。通过自动补气功能,实现为SF_(6)充气设备进行定阈值可靠补气,并持续监测电气设备的SF_(6)密度状态;同时,通过电力物联网技术进行数据实时远传及控制,保障了电气设备可靠运行,减少了变电站的非计划性工作,应用前景广泛。 In view of the risks caused by frequent SF_(6) leakage of SF_(6) filling equipment,the problems arising from manaully refilling as well as possible damage to the equipment due to untimely replenishment,this paper develops an automatic SF_(6) refilling device based on power internet of things technology,which can refill SF_(6) equipment with a fixed threshold through the automatic SF_(6) refilling function.It continuously monitors the state of SF_(6) density in the electrical equipment,and carries out real-time remote transmission and control of data through power internet of things technology,which ensures the reliable operation of electrical equipment,reduces the unplanned work of substation,and has broad application prospects.
