摘要
为适应电力改革和国资国企改革新形势,加强电费抄核收管理,推动传统电力服务与新兴能源服务深度融合,需要明确职责、深入应用营销业务系统、规范电费抄核收作业。建立电费抄核收实施规范化流程及标准化作业的管理模式,实现电费抄核收工作全过程的量化管控,提高标准化、精益化管理水平,保障抄表收费及资金安全。落实提质增效专项行动,确保电费全额、及时、准确回收,为公司发展提供支撑保障。
Clear responsibilities,in-depth application of marketing system and standardized copying,checking and charging f elctricity bills are needed to strengthen electricity bill management and promote the deep integration of traditional and new energy services under the new circumstances of electric power reform and the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.The construction of standardized procedure and management mode helps to achieve a whole-process quantitative control,ensuring the safety of meter reading and bill charging.The accurate,timely,and full collection of the fees well demonstrates the action of quality and efficiency improvement and provides support for the development of the company.
