摘要
基于某船舶LNG供气系统工作过程中LNG储罐内温度及压力升高过快的问题,文章通过改变LNG供气系统的控制模式,以及利用多模式下动态控制日用罐与LNG储存罐之间的压差的方法,成功实现了降低系统的发热量,控制LNG储罐内温度压力的过快上升,进而保证了LNG系统可靠稳定供气。实验结果表明,此控制方案对于LNG供气系统储罐内温度及压力控制起到了至关重要的作用。
Based on the problem that the temperature and pressure in the LNG storage tank rise too fast during the operation of the LNG gas supply system of a ship,by changing the control mode of the LNG gas supply system and using the method of dynamically controlling the pressure difference between the daily tank and the LNG storage tank under multi-mode,the heating capacity of the system is reduced,and the rapid rise of temperature and pressure in the LNG storage tank is controlled.Thus,the reliable and stable gas supply of LNG system is ensured.The experimental results show that this control scheme plays an important role in the temperature and pressure control in the storage tank of LNG gas supply system.
