摘要
根据浅吃水半潜驳运输大型钢筋混凝土构件特点,以深圳沿江沉管隧道工程为案例进行分析,设计“智能液压台车整体移运+半潜驳坐底智能调载系统”的上驳工艺。采用智能台车三点平衡设计可确保管节水平姿态及支撑体系平衡,快速定位拉杆和钢质过渡梁,可较好实现半潜驳坐底搭接。综合考虑涨潮落潮速度设计台车移运速度和半潜驳排水速度,可有效控制坐底基础压力大小。“DCM桩+碎石基础+坐底梁+1.3倍预压”的坐底基础方式,能较好控制半潜驳上驳过程荷载,利用台车液压千斤顶快速反应和自平衡特性,可较好解决起浮过程半潜驳挠度变形及支撑体系转换难题,上述工艺设计可为后续类似项目运输大型钢筋混凝土构件上驳提供有益借鉴。
According to the characteristics of shallow-draft semi-submersible barge moving large reinforced concrete components,and taking the immersed tube tunnel project along the river in Shenzhen as an example,the moving to barge process of"intelligent hydraulic trolley integrated transport+intelligent load adjustment system of semi-submersible barge sitting on the bottom"was designed.The intelligent trolley three-point balance design can ensure the horizontal posture of immersed tube tunnel and the balance of support system.The rapid positioning tie rod and steel transition beam can be used to lap the semi-submersible barge sitting on the bottom.Taking the velocity of rising and falling tide into consideration,the design of the carriage moving speed and the drainage speed of the semi-submersible barge can effectively control the size of the bottom foundation pressure.The foundation mode of"DCM pile+gravel foundation+base beam+1.3 times preloading"can better control the loading process of the semi-submersible barge.The problems of deflection deformation of semi-submersible barge and transformation of support system can be solved by using the quick response and self balancing characteristics of trolley hydraulic jack.The above process design can provide useful reference for the transportation of large reinforced concrete components on the barge in the following similar projects.
