硫酸亚铁铵的制备虚拟仿真实验的开发与探索

摘要 为促进信息技术与无机化学实验教学的融合创新,在无机化学实验教学中开发了以硫酸亚铁铵的制备为主题的虚拟仿真实验教学软件。采用Unity 3D技术对实验场景、实验设备装置进行高度仿真,全方位模拟硫酸亚铁铵的制备的完整过程,并增加了高阶性实验模块--电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定重金属,学生可以随时随地进行沉浸式学习,突出体现“以学生为中心”的教育理念。线上虚拟仿真实验项目与线下实验课堂有机融合,减少了化学试剂的使用,保护了环境和师生身体健康,符合绿色化学设计的3R原则,较好地解决了实验教学中高消耗、高污染、安全隐患大、教学效果差、考核难、复习难的问题,为学生提供了早实践、多实践、反复实践的机会,为化学类实验课程的开设提供了教学示范。 In order to promote the integration and innovation of modern information technology and inorganic chemistry experiment teaching,a virtual simulation experiment teaching software with the theme of the preparation of Ammonium iron(Ⅱ)sulfate was developed in the course,and Unity 3D technology is used to highly simulate experimental scenes and experimental equipment.It simulates the complete process of the preparation of inorganic compounds in all-round and three-dimensional manner,and added a highorder experimental module-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of heavy metals.Students can carry out immersive learning anytime and anywhere,highlighting the"student-centered".Online virtual simulation experiment projects are organically integrated with laboratory experiment,reduced the use of chemical reagents.It protects the environment and the health of teachers and students,conforms to the 3R principles of green chemistry design,and better solves the problems of high consumption,high pollution,high safety hazards,poor teaching effects,difficult assessments,and difficult review in experimental teaching.It provides opportunities for early practice,multiple practice,and repeated practice.It provide a teaching demonstration for the establishment of chemistry experiment courses.
