NMR技术应用于手性识别实验教学的设计

摘要 为了培养化学专业本科生的实践技能和创新能力,基于核磁共振(NMR)技术在手性化合物中的应用,根据前期成熟的科研成果设计了以"羧酸类手性溶剂化试剂的制备及其对手性胺的识别应用"创新性综合实验。实验通过提纯和合成的化学方法制备一元羧酸和二元羧酸的手性溶剂化试剂,分别与R/S-萘乙胺组成主客体体系,运用核磁共振仪对手性溶剂化试剂的识别效果进行评价。该创新性教学实验可以使学生充分了解结构表征仪器在化学领域中的重要性,能够将本专业的理论知识应用于学习实践当中,激发学生对专业知识的求知欲,同时也能培养学生解决实际问题的能力和自主创新能力,有利于培养适应社会发展的高素质、创新型人才。 In order to cultivate the practical skills and innovative abilities of undergraduates majoring in chemistry,in this article,based on the application of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology in chiral compounds,and based on the previous mature scientific research results,we design a comprehensive experimental course on the issue of“Preparation of carboxylic Acid chiral solvating agents and its application in recognition of chiral amine”.This is an innovative comprehensive experiment.In the experiment,chiral solvating agents of monocarboxylic acid and dicarboxylic acid were prepared by the chemical method of purification and synthesis,and the host-guest system were formed with R/S-naphthylethylamine,respectively.The nuclear magnetic resonance instrument is used to evaluate the identification effect of the chiral solvation agents.This innovative teaching experiment can enable students to fully understand the importance of structural characterization instruments in the field of chemistry.The experiment can not only apply the theoretical knowledge of this major to practice,stimulate students’curiosity for professional knowledge,but also train students to solve practical problems,which contributes to the cultivation of high-quality and innovative talents to adapt to social development.
