摘要
针对柔性磁致伸缩薄膜样品,搭建了应力拉伸机械装置,提出一种通过改变磁致伸缩FeGa薄膜的应力状态调控表面磁光克尔效应的方法。首先,从磁光克尔的基本原理出发,推导出克尔转角的表达式,利用自主设计的机械拉伸装置对柔性磁致伸缩FeGa薄膜施加应力,测量不同应力状态下FeGa薄膜的磁光克尔信号,研究张应力对磁光克尔效应的调控规律。最后根据所得的克尔曲线计算出磁滞回线的矩形比,并得到不同磁化轴方向张应力对磁光克尔信号的调控规律。
In this paper,we propose a convenient method to adjust the surface magneto-optical Kerr signal by changing the stress state of the flexible magnetostrictive FeGa film.Firstly,we theoretically investigate the adjusting process of the Kerr signal.Next,the magneto-optical Kerr signals of FeGa film under different stress states are measured using MOKE combined with a self-designed mechanical stretching device.Finally,the squareness ratio of Kerr hysteresis loops is calculated.We systematically investigate the effect of the tensile stress on the magneto-optical Kerr signal in different magnetization axis directions.
