摘要
结合京杭大运河、淮河入江水道连续定向钻穿越工程,针对湿地保护区域水网密布,施工窗口期短,钻机、管材运输困难,滩涂地下水位高及河道航运影响等条件,通过对穿越次数、布管方式、经过滩涂区域基坑管道的连头施工方式等的多方案对比分析,确定了安全、经济、合理的8 km连续7处定向钻穿越设计方案,在两个施工窗口期内成功完成了穿越施工。在简要介绍工程概况的基础上,详细论述了穿越设计主要影响因素、穿越路线的确定、穿越方案比较、施工总体安排、项目实施效果等内容;重点对穿越位置的选择,具体穿越路线的最终确定,连续7处定向钻+大开挖和连续4处定向钻+大开挖两种方式的风险、技术、工程量、投资的对比,窗口期实施计划,施工组织等内容进行深入的阐述。
Combined with the consecutive directional drilling crossing projects of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Huaihe River,in view of the wetland protection area conditions such as dense water network,short construction time window,difficult transportation of drilling machine and pipes,high water table in beach and river shipping influence,through the multi-scheme comparison on crossing times,pipes arrangement,joint construction of pipeline passing foundation pits in beach area,the safe,economical and reasonable drilling crossing design scheme of consecutive 7 directional drillings in 8 km was determined.The crossing construction was successfully completed in two construction time windows.On the basis of the project overview,the main influencing factors,determination of crossing route,crossing scheme comparison,overall construction arrangement,project implementation effect are described.The selection of crossing location,the final determination of specific crossing route,the comparison between the mode of 7 consecutive directional drillings plus large excavation and the mode of 4 consecutive directional drillings plus large excavation in aspects of risks,technology,engineering quantity and investment,the implementation plan within construction time window,the construction organization and other contents are expounded in delail.
