摘要 加固技术可保障既有建筑物的使用功能、延长其使用寿命,也有助于缓解高密度建城区土地资源紧缺与既有建筑老化的矛盾,针对老旧建筑的特点,综合应用多种加固技术,既方便施工又可节省投资,用最便捷的方法恢复老旧建筑的使用功能。通过实际工程案例,对加固技术在老旧建筑物上的应用进行研讨,为老旧建筑加固改造提供借鉴。 Reinforcement technology can not only ensure use function of existing buildings and prolong their service life,but also help to alleviate the contradiction between the shortage of land resources in high-density urban areas and the aging of existing buildings.According to the characteristics of old buildings,comprehensive use of a variety of reinforcement technologies can not only facilitate construction,but also save investment,and revitalize the use function of old buildings in the most convenient way.The paper discusses the application of reinforcement technology in old buildings through practical engineering cases,so as to provide reference for the reinforcement and transformation of old buildings.
