摘要
【目的】分析综合性护理对淋巴瘤化疗患者辅助康复的效果及对其生活质量的影响。【方法】通过随机数字表法将我院收治的106例进行化疗治疗的淋巴瘤患者分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组治疗期间采用常规护理,研究组采用综合性护理,观察两组患者护理前后的免疫功能变化以及生活质量变化,同时比较两组患者护理后的满意度。【结果】研究组护理后的免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)以及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分以及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的物质生活评分、躯体功能评分、心理功能评分以及社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】在淋巴瘤患者化疗期间,对其应用综合性护理进行辅助康复不仅可以进一步改善其免疫功能以及生活质量,而且还可以进一步提高患者护理满意度。
【Objective】To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on adjuvant rehabilitation and quality of life of lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy.【Methods】The 106 lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 53 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group during treatment,and comprehensive nursing was used in the study group.The changes of immune function and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and after nursing,and the satisfaction of the two groups after nursing was compared.【Results】The immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】During chemotherapy for lymphoma patients,comprehensive nursing assisted rehabilitation can not only further improve their immune function and quality of life,but also further improve their nursing satisfaction.
