摘要
为促进企业管理创新发展,提出“一核六引”党建管理工作法,具体阐述其内涵和主要做法以及实施效果,为其他企业提供参考。
In order to promote the innovation and development of enterprise management,this paper puts forward the party construction management method of"one core and six leads",and expounds its connotation,main practices and implementation effect,so as to provide reference for other enterprises.
