科尔沁沙地6种灌木叶片δ^(13)C组成及水分利用效率变化 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示不同树种对土壤水分的利用策略,丰富科尔沁沙地南缘抗旱植物的筛选途径,该文采用稳定同位素技术对辽宁省沙地治理与利用研究所实验基地6种灌木叶片的稳定同位素进行测定,结合降水量、地下水位、土壤含水量等因子,分析不同树种对土壤水分的利用效率及不同来源土壤水分对树种的影响。结果表明:6种灌木的叶片δ^(13)C值在旱季的变化范围为-29.697‰~-26.585‰,水分利用效率为58.676%~93.245%。根据δ^(13)C值与地下水位的相关性分析得出,植被耗水不是地下水位下降的主要原因;黄柳、乌苏里鼠李、南蛇藤和小叶锦鸡儿在干旱环境下具有更高的叶片δ^(13)C值,说明这4种植物可以作为抗旱树种在科尔沁沙地南缘进行植被恢复。 In order to reveal soil water utilization strategy of different tree species,enrich selecting approaches of drought-resistant plants in the south edge of Horqin,the stable isotope technology was used to determineδ^(13)C in leaves from 6 kinds of shrubs,combined with factors such as precipitation,underground water level,soil water content,to analyze soil water use efficiency of different tree species and the effects of soil moisture from different sources on trees.The results showed that the foliarδ^(13)C value of the 6 kinds of shrubs ranged from-29.697‰to-26.585‰in the dry season,and the water use efficiency were between 58.676%and 93.245%.According to the correlation analysis between the foliarδ^(13)C value and underground water level,the water consumption of vegetation was not the main reason for underground water level decline.The Salix gordejevii,Rhamnus ussuriensis,Celastrus orbiculatus and Caragana microphylla had higher foliarδ^(13)C value in the arid environment,therefore,they can be used as drought-resistant tree species for vegetation recovery in the southern margin of Horqin sandy land.
