摘要
目的基于加速康复外科(ERAS)探索并创建针对关节置换术临床药学服务模式。方法 运用ERAS理念核心内容建立关节置换术患者抗感染、抗凝、镇痛标准化管理流程,开展药学门诊服务。结果本院关节置换术后的感染率由1.02%下降到0.51%;NRS疼痛评分从最初的平均6.85分(THA)和7.63分(TKA)分别下降到4.45分和4.32分;关节置换术后无血栓事件发生。结论新型药学服务模式的建立,降低了关节置换术患者感染发生率以及血栓事件,进一步缓解了患者的疼痛,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To create a clinical pharmacy service model based on enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) for joint arthroplasty.Methods The core concept of ERAS was used to help establish a standardized management of anti-infection,anticoagulation,and analgesia for patients undergoing joint arthroplasty,and to offer pharmaceutical outpatient services.Results The infection rate dropped from 1.02% to 0.51%,the pain score dropped from the initial average 6.85 to 4.45 points (THA),and 7.63 to 4.32 points (TKA).There were no thrombotic events after joint arthroplasty.Conclusion The new pharmaceutical care model reduces the incidence of infections and thrombotic events in patients undergoing joint arthroplasty,relieves the pain of patients and improves patients satisfaction.
