摘要
胆汁淤积为临床常见的消化系统疾病,是由遗传、药物、环境等多种因素引起的胆汁合成与排出障碍的病理生理过程。胆汁在体内过度蓄积,导致肝脏细胞的结构与功能受到破坏,进而引发或加剧黄疸性肝炎、胆汁性肝纤维化甚至肝硬化等多种肝脏疾病,对患者的健康与生命造成威胁。本文着重从胆汁淤积的形成因素、生物机制等方面,对胆汁淤积的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗胆汁淤积提供思路和参考。
Cholestasis,as a common clinical disease of digestive system,is a pathophysiological process of bile synthesis and excretion disorder caused by many factors such as heredity,drugs and environment.Excessive accumulation of the bile in the body leads to the destruction of the structure and function of liver cells,and causes or aggravates liver diseases such as jaundice hepatitis,biliary fibrosis and even cirrhosis,which pose a threat to the health and life of patients.This paper reviewed the research progress of cholestasis from its formation and biological mechanism to provide ideas and references for clinical treatment of cholestasis.
