摘要
目的:研究高分子树脂材料与玻璃离子封闭剂在第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭中牙齿脱落率的比较。方法:本研究对象是2018年5月至2020年5月在东莞市东南部中心医院进行窝沟封闭的64名学生(193颗符合要求的第一恒磨牙),随机分为观察组(32例96颗牙)和对照组(32例97颗牙)。观察组采用高分子树脂型窝沟封闭剂对牙齿进行治疗,对照组采用玻璃离子封闭剂对牙齿进行治疗,6个月后复查,观察两组学生牙齿脱落率、家属满意度、患龋齿率、所需时间。结果:观察组学生窝沟封闭所需时间、患龋齿率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学生牙齿脱落率低于对照组,家属满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用高分子树脂材料进行窝沟封闭牙齿脱落率更低,预防第一恒磨牙龋坏效果更好。
Objective To study the comparison of the tooth loss rate between polymer resin material and glass ion sealant in pit and fissure sealing for the first permanent molar.Methods The subjects of this study were 64 students(193 first permanent molars meeting the requirements)who underwent pit and fissure closure at Dongguan Southeast Central Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group(32 cases 96 teeth)and the control group(32 cases with 97 teeth).The observation group used polymer resin type pit and fissure sealant to treat the teeth,and the control group used glass ionomer sealant to treat the teeth.After 6 months,the tooth loss rate,family satisfaction,dental caries rate,the time required of two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the time required to close the pits and fissures and the caries rate of the students in the observation group were not statistically different(P>0.05);The tooth loss rate of the students in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the family satisfaction of the obervation group was higher than that of the contral group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of polymer resin materials to seal the pits and fissures has a lower tooth loss rate and a better effect in preventing the first permanent molars from caries.
