摘要
目的:对加巴喷丁与曲马多在神经病理性疼痛(NP)患者的不同性质疼痛治疗中的疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月期间在河南科技大学第一附属医院接受诊治的120例NP不同性质疼痛患者,根据患者的临床治疗方法不同,将其分成对照组和观察组两组,每组60例。其中,对观察组患者采用加巴喷丁联合曲马多治疗,对照组患者单纯采用曲马多治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分降低幅度均明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加巴喷丁与曲马多联合治疗NP不同性质疼痛的疗效显著,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛状况。
Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of gabapentin and tramadol in the treatment of neuropathic pain(NP)patients with different types of pain.Methods 120 patients with different types of NP who were diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.According to the different clinical treatment methods of the patients,they were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group was treated with gabapentin combined with tramadol,and the control group was treated with tramadol alone.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was observed and compared.Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the visual analogue scoring(VAS)score reduction of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of gabapentin and tramadol in the treatment of different types of pain with NP is very effective and can effectively relieve the pain of patients.
