摘要
针对传统透水混凝土极限承载性差,抗冻融性能低,以及易开裂和粗骨料间粘接力弱的问题,制备一种刚性聚丙烯纤维的透水混凝土,并从抗冻性能、耐腐蚀性能和早期收缩性能对制备的混凝土试件进行测试。结果表明,掺入刚性聚丙烯纤维后,可有效改善混凝土的抗冻融性,且掺入8.73 kg/m^(3)刚性聚丙烯纤维时,纤维混凝土抗冻性能达到最佳;在耐蚀系数方面,本试验制备的纤维混凝土的耐蚀系数有显著提高;在早期收缩性能方面,随着时间的推移,试验组早期收缩明显减小,且掺入8.73 kg/m^(3)的刚性聚丙烯混凝土的试验组在45 d后的收缩量为-3.91×10^(-4),普通透水性混凝土对照组的收缩量为-5.41×10^(-4) mm。
Traditional permeable concrete has poor ultimate bearing capacity,low freeze-thaw resistance effect,easy cracking and weak adhesion between coarse aggregate.A rigid polypropylene fiber permeable concrete is prepared,and the prepared concrete specimens are tested from freezing resistance,corrosion resistance and early shrinkage performance.The results show that the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete can be effectively improved by adding rigid polypropylene fiber,and the freeze-thaw resistance of fiber concrete reaches the best when adding 8.73 kg/m^(3) rigid polypropylene fiber.Furthermore,the corrosion resistance coefficient of the prepared fiber reinforced concrete has been significantly improved.In terms of early shrinkage property.And the early shrinkage of the experimental group decreases significantly with time goes on.The shrinkage of the experimental group mixed with 8.73 kg/m^(3) rigid polypropylene concrete is-3.91×10^(-4) after 45 days,while the shrinkage of the control group mixed with ordinary permeable concrete is-5.41×10^(-4) mm.
