摘要
18世纪马铃薯传入中土之后,因其耐寒耐旱特性,在干旱少雨山地居多的晋西北高寒地带之种植逐步推广。马铃薯的引种不仅改变了当地民众的饮食习惯,且在某种程度上推动山西地区的社会经济和社会生活的发展。探讨马铃薯在山西育种、推广和改良的途径与方法,对当代山西农业育种、推广等现代化农业技术的发展具有资鉴意义。
After the introduction of potato into the middle soil in the 18th century,because of its cold and drought tolerance,it is more suitable to plant in the alpine zone of northwest Shanxi,which is mostly arid and rainy.The introduction of potato not only changed the eating habits of local people,but also promoted the development of social economy and social life in Shanxi to some extent.To explore the ways and methods of potato breeding,popularization and improvement in Shanxi,so as to provide some reference for the development of modern agricultural technology such as agricultural breeding and popularization in Shanxi in the future.
