摘要
目的研究颅内动脉瘤患者行多层螺旋CT扫描成像诊断的价值。方法35例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,均行多层螺旋CT扫描检查,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)作为诊断“金标准”,分析最终诊断结果。结果比较脑动脉瘤最大径、瘤颈最大径无差异,P>0.05;患者经多层螺旋CT诊断后,灵敏度为97.14%、特异度为91.43%、阳性预测值为94.29%、阴性预测值为91.43%;比较病灶检出符合率也无差异,P>0.05。结论多层螺旋CT扫描成像诊断此病能提高确诊率,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT scanning in patients with intracranial aneurysms.Methods Samples were collected from 35 patients with intracranial aneurysms.After admission,all patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scanning,and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was used as the diagnostic“gold standard”to analyze the final diagnostic results.Results There was no difference in the maximum diameter of cerebral aneurysm and the maximum diameter of aneurysm neck between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value were 97.14%,91.43%,94.29%and 91.43%,respectively.There was no difference in the coincidence rate of lesion detection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT scanning imaging diagnosis of this disease can improve the diagnosis rate,which is worthy of reference.
