摘要
C型凝集素受体(CLRs)是一类强大的模式识别受体,它能识别人类体内的自我和非自我配体,并通过调节免疫识别和反应来保护人类免受入侵病原体的侵害。Dectin-1是目前研究最为深入的C型凝集素受体之一,Dectin-1主要在活化的髓细胞上表达,作为一种模式识别受体,对调节免疫稳态至关重要。它主要存在于病原菌容易侵入的细胞通道上,介导病原菌识别和吞噬,在宿主防御中起重要作用。Dectin-1信号通路参与多种细胞反应的调控,包括吞噬、自噬、呼吸暴发、炎性脂质的产生以及多种细胞因子和趋化因子的产生。本文主要介绍了Dectin-1受体参与肠道真菌感染、自身免疫、过敏和癌症等疾病的调节过程,重点讨论了它与结肠炎、肥胖、缺血性心脏病等疾病的关系。本文旨在阐明Dectin-1受体在多种疾病中的病理生理作用,以期为相关疾病提供一个新的、具有临床意义的治疗靶点。
C-type lectin receptors(CLRs)are powerful pattern recognition receptors that recognize self-and non-self-ligands in human body and protect humans from invading pathogens by modulating immune recognition and response.Dectin-1 is one of the most widely studied C-type lectin receptors.Dectin-1 is mainly expressed on activated myeloid cells.As a pattern recognition receptor,Dectin-1 is crucial for regulating immune homeostasis.It mainly exists on the cell channels where pathogenic bacteria easily invade,mediates pathogen recognition and phagocytosis,and plays an important role in host defence.Dectin-1 signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of numerous cellular responses,including phagocytosis,autophagy,respiratory burst,the production of inflammatory lipids,and the production of numerous cytokines and chemokines.In this review,the author mainly introduces the role of Dectin-1 receptor in the regulation of intestinal fungal infection,autoimmunity,allergy and cancer,focusing on its relationship with colitis,obesity,ischemic heart disease and other diseases.This article aims to elcuidate the pathophysiological role of Dectin-1 receptor in a variety of diseases so as to provide a new therapeutic target with clinical significance for related diseases.
