摘要 汽车轻量化是实现汽车节能减排的有效措施之一,随着国家对新能源汽车的大力扶持和推广,高强度钢、铝合金、镁合金、碳纤维等轻量化材料得到广泛应用,轻量化钢铝混合车身的耐腐蚀技术攻关也成为车身防腐设计的重点。对钢铝混合车身涂装电泳过程是否产生严重的电化学腐蚀进行了试验验证。 Automobile lightweight is one of the effective measures to realize automobile energy saving and emission reduction.With the country’s strong support and promotion for new energy vehicles,lightweight materials,such as high-strength steel,aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy and carbon fiber have been widely used.The anti-corrosion technology of the lightweight steel-aluminum hybrid body has also become the focus of the body’s anti-corrosion design.Tests were conducted to verify whether serious electrochemical corrosion occurs during the electrophoresis process of the steel-aluminum hybrid car body.
