摘要
昆明春之眼商业中心工程中,为确保在塔楼上部正常施工的同时,裙房商业区及地下商场开业运营,需对地下沉降后浇带提前进行半封闭结构加固。根据地下沉降后浇带的布置特点,沿沉降后浇带方向新增结构钢梁和钢柱进行竖向受力转换。部分梁柱因受力方式的改变,还需增加立柱回顶,同时在楼板设缝处进行加强处理,双侧布置次梁加固,并于楼板中增加槽钢支撑,增加了整体刚度,改善了板的支撑条件。
In Kunming Eye of Spring Commercial Center project,the semi-closed structure of basement settlement post-grouting belt would be reinforced in advance,so as to guarantee both smooth construction of upper part of the tower building and normal operation of podium building and basement shopping mall.Based on the arrangement characteristics of the basement settlement post-grouting belt,structural steel joist and steel column were added along the settlement post-grouting belt direction to realize longitudinal force transfer.Due to force change of some beam column,some measures were adopted,such as setting new column,reinforcing the floor joint,setting secondary joist at both sides,adding channel steel support on floor,etc.,so as to increasing the overall rigidity and improving the floor supporting condition.
