摘要
甘蔗梢是甘蔗副产品,具有产量大、营养价值高、饲料化利用程度低等特点。文章综述甘蔗梢的营养价值和饲料化开发利用技术,评估其对动物生产性能和经济效益的影响,以期推进甘蔗梢饲料化开发利用进程,为甘蔗梢作为饲料在畜禽生产中应用提供参考。
Sugarcane shoot is a by-product of sugarcane, which has the characteristics of large production, high nutritional value and low feed utilization. The paper reviews the nutritional value of sugarcane shoots and the process of feed utilization technology, evaluates the effect of animal production performance and economic benefits, and promotes the development and utilization of sugarcane shoots forage, to provide reference for sugarcane shoots as feed in livestock and poultry production application.
