抗高温有机盐钻井液技术在埕探1井的应用

摘要 有机盐钻井液是以多种低碳(C_(1)~C_(6))碱金属有机酸盐、有机酸铵盐、有机酸季铵盐以及它们的复合物作为基液的钻井液体系,具有固相含量低、润滑性能优异、抑制性强、防塌能力强、抗黏土污染能力高、高温流变性能稳定、油气层保护性能好、易生物降解、环境友好等特点。针对大港埕海新区埕探1井的地层特点和钻井液技术方面存在的难点,结合有机盐钻井液的性能特点,在现场作业前对有机盐钻井液的抗黏土污染能力和抗高温性能等方面进行了室内评价实验,并重点介绍了抗高温有机盐钻井液技术在埕探1井的现场应用,现场应用效果表明该体系完全满足在高温深井以及复杂地层安全、高效钻井的施工要求。 The base liquid of organic salt drilling fluid system composes of several low-carbon(C_(1)~C_(6))alkali metal organic acid salt,organic acid ammonium salt,organic acid quaternary ammonium salt and their complexes.The organic salt drilling fluid has the characteristics of low solid phase content,excellent lubrication performance,strong inhibition,strong anti-sloughing ability,high clay pollution resistance,stable high-temperature rheological performance,good oil and gas reservoir protection performance,easy biodegradation and environment-friendly.Based on the formation characteristics of Well Chengtan-1 in Chenghai new area of Dagang and the technical difficulties in the drilling fluid,and combined with the performance characteristics of the organic salt drilling fluid,the indoor experimental evaluation of clay pollution resistance and high-temperature resistance of the organic salt drilling fluid was carried out before drilling operation.The field application of the high-temperature resistant organic salt drilling fluid in Well Chengtan-1 was expounded.The field application results show that the drilling fluid system fully meets the construction requirements of safe and efficient drilling in high-temperature deep wells and complex formations.
