半潜式钻井平台冰级选取与结构加强措施

摘要 北极油气资源开采过程中,未加强的半潜式钻井平台在冰区航行时存在结构强度不足的问题。结合船级社、国际协会或组织有关冰区加强的最新研究进展,分析了冰级的划分方法、适用范围以及等效原则,阐述了半潜式钻井平台冰带划分及冰载荷作用原理。针对某原设计未考虑冰区结构加强的半潜式钻井平台,分析了其在ABS C0冰级下的结构强度,提出了冰区结构加强时冰级的选取原则和结构加强优化方法。 In the process of oil and gas exploitation in the Arctic,the structural strength of not strengthened semi-submersible drilling platform is insufficient when sailing in the ice area.Based on the latest research progress of ice strengthening of classification societies,international associations or organizations,the division method,application scope and equivalent principle of the ice classes are analyzed,and the principle of ice zone division and ice load action of the semi-submersible drilling platform are described.In view of a semi-submersible platform with an original design without considering structural strengthening in ice zone,the structural strength of the semi-submersible platform under ice class C0 of ABS is analyzed.The selection principles of ice classes and optimization method of structural reinforcement are presented.
