关于八钢欧冶炉竖炉围管耐材优化的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 欧冶炉预还原竖炉围管部位是还原煤气与炉料进行能量交换的关键部位,耐火材料的长寿与稳定是决定预还原效果与生产指标的核心.2021年欧冶炉经历了6年的生产运行,还原竖炉围管耐火出现磨损侵蚀脱落问题,影响围管耐材的长寿%文章对八钢欧冶炉还原竖炉围管耐材优化的过程进行了分析,提出了预还原竖炉围管耐材长寿的新方案. The enclosure of pre-reduction shaft furnace of OY furnace is the key part for energy exchange between reduction gas and charge. The longevity and stability of refractory is the core to determine the pre-reduction effect and production index. In 2021,the OY furnace experienced six years of production and operation,and the refractory of the reduction shaft furnace shroud was worn,eroded and fell off,affecting the longevity of the refractory of the shroud. This paper analyzes the optimization process of refractory materials for reduction shaft furnace enclosure of OY furnace of Bayi Steel,and puts forward a new scheme for long service life of refractory materials for pre-reduction shaft furnace enclosure.
