摘要
以大豆油基多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为预聚体单体,引入N,N-双(2-羟乙基)氨基亚甲基膦酸二乙酯(FRC-6)作为硬链段小分子扩链剂和N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(偶联剂KH602)作为后扩链剂,制备一系列阻燃型KWPU.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试(UL-94)表征KWPU的阻燃性能.结果表明:当FRC-6的含量不变,KH602添加量增加时,TG显示残留的焦炭率在增大,从2.70%(wt)提高到5.72%(wt).而SEM证明KH602含量越高,炭化层更连续、更致密.随KH602添加量增加,垂直燃烧UL-94由K-0的无等级到K-15的V-1等级,以及LOI值从空白样的20.9%增大到K-20的25.8%,表明KH602对膜材料的阻燃性有一定的增强作用.
A group of co-modified phosphorus silicon-containing waterborne polyurethanes(FWPU)was synthesized by N’N-bis(2-hydroxymethyl)aminoethyl phosphonic acid dimethyl ester(Fyrol-6)and N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyldimethoxysilane(coupling agent KH602)reacted with toluene diisocynate.The flame retardant properties of KWPU were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),limiting oxygen index(LOI),and vertical combustion test(UL-94).The results showed that with the increase of KH602 addition,the residual coke rate on the TG curve increased,from 2.70%(wt)to 5.72%(wt).It can be concluded by SEM that the higher the content of KH602,the more continuous and dense the carbonized layer.With the increase in the amount of KH602 added,the vertical combustion UL-94 had changed from no grade to V-1 grade,and the LOI value increased from 20.9%to 25.8%,indicating that KH602 had a certain enhancement effect on the flame retardancy of the film material.
