汽车动力总成全套悬置系统台架耐久模拟试验研究

摘要 文章首次提出一种可以同时验证汽车全套动力总成悬置系统的台架耐久模拟试验方法。在完成台架设计原理及机械结构设计的基础上,制定全套悬置系统主要载荷的5种迭代方案;研究了试验关键性问题的处理,如悬置系统道路载荷谱采集、台架通道设置、载荷谱编辑以及输入输出信号之间关系的建立等;给出试验载荷谱迭代计算的步骤,并得到最佳的试验迭代方案。试验实例验证了该文提出的方法不仅能提升台架模拟精度,还能有效地同步完成整车全套悬置系统的耐久验证。 The rig simulation testing method for the durability of full vehicle powertrain mounting system was put forward.The rig design principle and mechanical structure design were completed,and five iterative schemes for the formulation of the main load of the full mounting system were proposed.The key processing related to the test was studied,such as the collection of the road load spectrum of the mounting system,the settings of rig channels,the editing of the load spectrum,and the establishment of relationship between input and output signals.The iterative calculation steps of test load spectrum were given,and the best test iterative schemes were obtained.A test example was given to verify that the proposed method can improve the simulation accuracy of the rig,and effectively complete the durability verification of the full vehicle mounting system synchronously.
