摘要
高品位、不同基质的多金属矿石标准物质的缺失严重影响矿产资源勘查及其综合利用。采集国内典型多金属矿区的8件多金属矿石样品,详细介绍多金属矿石系列标准物质研制过程。候选物制备采用无污染球磨粉碎技术,样品粒度满足规范要求;采用重量法、容量法等经典化学分析方法和电感耦合等离子体光/质谱法(ICP-OES/MS)等仪器分析方法对10多项代表性组分进行均匀性和稳定性检验,统计结果表明候选物的均匀性和稳定性良好;采用多家实验室联合定值的方式,对候选物中50种元素(组分)进行定值,不确定度评定满足新规范要求,并对可能引入的不确定度进行较为详细地分析。本次研制的8件多金属矿石标准物质已获批为国家一级标准物质(编号GBW07367—GBW07374),可为多金属矿石样品中相关元素的准确测定及量值溯源提供技术支撑。
The lack of high grade and different matrixpolymetallic ore standard material seriously affects the exploration and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.Eight kinds of polymetallic ore samples are collected.The paper describes the development process of the series of reference materials for polymetallic ore.The homogeneity and stability of more than 10 representative components are tested by classical chemical analysis methods such as gravimetric method and volumetric method,and instrumental analysis methods such as inductively coupled plasma optical/mass spectrometry(ICP-OES/MS).The 50 elements(components)in the candidate samples are determined,the uncertainty evaluation meets the new specification requirements,and the uncertainty that may be introduced is analyzed in more detail.Eight polymetallic ore reference materials developed this time have been approved as national reference materials(GBW07367-GBW07374).It provides technical support for the accurate determination and value traceability of relevant elements in polymetallic ore sample.
