摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者病耻感与抑郁情绪、社会支持及家庭功能的关系。方法选取2019年10月-2020年10月我院就诊的抑郁症患者86例作为研究对象,应用病耻感量表、贝克抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对患者进行评价;采用Pearson单因素分析抑郁症患者病耻感与抑郁情绪、社会支持及家庭功能的关系,采用多元回归分析影响抑郁症患者病耻感的相关因素。结果抑郁症患者病耻感总分为(73.25±4.45)分、抑郁总分为(20.12±3.10)分、社会支持总分为(34.52±4.78)分、家庭功能总分为(198.25±14.98)分。抑郁症患者病耻感及社交退缩与抑郁情绪、家庭功能及沟通、角色、情感介入呈正相关(P<0.01),而与支持利用度呈负相关(P<0.01)。经多元回归分析结果显示,发病年龄、学历、抑郁情绪、沟通、情感介入是影响抑郁症患者病耻感的主要因素(P<0.05),而家庭关系、社会支持是抑郁症患者病耻感的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者病耻感较明显,病耻感与患者病情、家庭功能失调有密切的关系,给予患者足够的社会支持可减轻患者病耻感,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the relationship between stigma and depression,social support and family function in patients with depression.Methods 86 cases of depression patients were selected as the survey subjects from October 2019 to October 2020.The patients were evaluated with stigma scale,Beck self-rating depression scale,social support rating scale(SSRS),family function rating scale were used(FAD).The relationship between depression patients'stigma and depression,social support and family function by person's single factor analysis.Analyze the related factors that affected depression patients'stigma by multiple regression analysis.Results The stigma score of patients with depression were(73.25±0.45),depression score were(20.12±3.10),total social support score were(34.52±4.78),and total FAD score were(198.25±14.98).The total score of stigma and social withdrawal score of depression patients were positively correlated with the depression emotion score,family function communication,role,emotional intervention and other dimensions(P<0.01),the total score of stigma and social withdrawal score of depression patients were positively correlated with the total social support score,Support interest by person's single factor analysis(P<0.01).The age of onset,number of hospitalizations,depression scores,communication,and emotional intervention are the main factors affecting the stigma of depression patients(P<0.05),and social support is a protective factor for depression patients'stigma by multiple regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The stigma of patients with depression is more obvious.The stigma of patients is closely related to the patient's condition and family dysfunction.Adequate social support can reduce the stigma of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
