摘要
本文结合福州市少儿图书馆项目,深入分析了工程前期造价控制难点问题及原因,并分别对决策阶段、设计阶段出现的问题提出建议措施,包括加强投资估算核算、限额设计和工程设计方案论证等措施,以期提高工程造价控制有效性。
Combined with the project of Fuzhou Children's Library,this paper deeply analyzes the problem difficulties and causes of cost control in the early stage of the project,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the problems in the decision-making stage and design stage,including strengthening investment estimation and accounting,quota design and engineering design scheme demonstration,in order to improve the effectiveness of project cost control.
