摘要
目的了解2018—2020年我国中小学生近视患病率,分析近视发生的相关因素,为降低中小学生近视患病率提供参考依据。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed和Web of Science中关于我国中小学生近视患病率的横断面研究相关文献,共获得文献1 116篇,由两名分析者对文献查重、筛选、质量评估、信息提取和数据分析。使用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果最终纳入21篇文献,调查对象共111 655人,21篇文献中近视总患病率分布于30.97%~67.37%。Meta分析结果显示,2018—2020年我国中小学生近视总患病率为49.25%。亚组分析显示,近视的患病率女生高于男生、高中生高于初中生和小学生、中部地区高于东西部、城市高于乡镇和农村、轻度近视高于中度和重度近视。结论 2018—2020年我国中小学生近视患病率呈上升趋势,应采取相应措施控制和降低中小学生近视患病率。
Objective To understand the prevalence of myopia among primary and secondary school students in China from 2018 to2020,analyze the related factors of myopia,and provide reference for reducing the prevalence of myopia in primary and secondary school students. Methods The cross-sectional studies on the prevalence of myopia in primary and secondary school students in China were were searched in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science. A total of 1 116 articles were retrieved. Literature review,screening,quality evaluation,information extraction and data analysis were carried out by two analysts.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Finally,21 articles were included,with 111 655 respondents,and the prevalence of myopia in these 21 literature ranged from 30.97% to 67.37%. Meta analysis showed that the total prevalence of myopia in primary and secondary school students in China from 2018 to 2020 was 49.25%. Subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence of myopia was higher in girls than in boys,higher in high school students than in junior high school students and primary school students,higher in Central China than in the East and West China,higher in urban areas than in towns and villages,and the prevalence of mild myopia higher than that of moderate and severe myopia. Conclusion The prevalence of myopia in primary and secondary school students in China is on the rise,and measures should be taken to control and reduce the incidence of myopia.
