摘要
目的调查我国西南地区麻醉科住院医师锐器伤的发生率及相关危险因素,了解麻醉科住院医师的心理状况。方法2019年12月—2020年4月采用自制问卷对我国西南地区5家医院麻醉科住院医师进行调查,采用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析分析数据。结果本研究共纳入了397名参与者,有过≥1次针刺伤经历者有280名(70.5%)。年龄小、工龄短、回套针帽、缺乏安全注射设备及缺乏预防锐器伤教育培训被认为是锐器伤发生的危险因素(χ^(2)=74.244、44.216、76.591、6.692、11.073,均P<0.01)。198名麻醉科住院医师存在焦虑症状,回归分析结果显示,锐器伤是焦虑发生的危险因素(OR=39.99,95%CI=15.387~103.954)。结论西南地区5家医院麻醉科住院医师锐器伤的发生率较高,使用安全注射设备、增加预防教育培训等可减少锐器伤发生。
Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of sharp injuries(SIs) among anesthesia resident doctors in Southwest China,understand the psychological condition of them. Methods The anesthesia resident doctors in five hospitals in Southwest China were investigated with the self-made questionnaire from December 2019 to April 2020. The data were analyzed by χ^(2)test and logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 397 participants were recruited,and the number of participants with SIs at least one time was 280(70.5%). Young age,low seniority,setting back the needle cap,lack of safety injection devices and lack of safety training were considered to be the risk factors of SIs (χ^(2)=74.244,44.216,76.591,6.692,11.073,all P<0.01). 198 anesthesia resident doctors felt anxious. The results of regression analysis showed that SIs was the risk factor for anxiety(OR=39.99,95%CI=15.387-103.954). Conclusion The incidence of SIs is high among anesthesia resident doctors in five hospitals. Effective measures such as providing safety injection devices,developing educational program are essential for reducing the occurrence of SIs.
