摘要
以固废氟硅酸钠为原料,经一步法制备氟化钠。并研究了氟硅酸钠和碳酸钠反应原料配比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。试验结果表明,制备氟化钠最佳条件为:反应原料配比(mol)为1:2. 3,反应温度60℃,反应时间3 h。经检验氟化钠产品含量达到国家标准。
Using solid waste sodium fluorosilicate as raw material,sodium fluoride was prepared by a one-step method.The influence of factors such as the ratio of raw materials for the reaction,reaction temperature,reaction time and on the yield of the product was studied.The test results showed that the best conditions for preparing sodium fluoride are as follows:the reaction raw material ratio was 1:2.3,the reaction temperature was 60℃,the reaction time 3 h.After inspection,the content of sodium fluoride products meets national standards.
