摘要
总体来看,人工智能警务研究领域比较新颖,契合时代发展的大政方针与警务改革,但是存在文献数量、实证性、理工科视角研究较少的困境。具体内容上,人工智能警务文献探讨了相关定义、实战应用领域、实践效果及其优势,面临安全风险防范、技术与需求对接、法律失灵、权力滥用、组织结构调整的问题,予以给出健全完善法律、加强管控、道德伦理教育、与警方需求相结合的应对策略。展望未来,人工智能警务应以实战需求为主导向、构建机制为主支撑、技术创新为主抓手,从而更好地推动发展。
Generally speaking,the research field of artificial intelligence police affairs is relatively new,which is in line with the major policies of the times and the police reform.However,there is a dilemma that there are few literatures,empirical studies,and scientific and technological perspectives.In terms of specifi c content,the artificial intelligence police literature discusses related defi nitions,actual combat application fields,practical effects and advantages.It faces security risk prevention,technology and demand docking,legal failure,abuse of power,and organizational structure adjustments.Improve laws,strengthen management and control,ethics education,and respond to the needs of the police.Looking forward to the future,AI policing should be guided by actual combat needs,supported by construction mechanisms,and focused on technological innovation,so as to better promote development.
