空天地一体化网络研究现状与新技术的应用展望 被引量:18

摘要 为了实现全时全域“泛在连接”,全球覆盖、随遇接入、按需服务的空天地一体化网络,是未来无线通信系统发展的方向。建设空天地一体化网络,需要深度结合天基网络、空基网络、地基网络,在不同的空间维度上发挥自身的功能,不断突破网络体制的边界限制,进而实现广域的全覆盖和无线网络的互联互通。文中主要从科研项目实施、技术研究和标准推进等方面探讨空天地一体化网络发展进程。同时,对新技术在空天地一体化网络中的应用进行展望,并探讨未来空天地一体化网络的发展方向。 To achieve the demand of all-time all-area coverage of wireless communications,space-air-ground integrated network(SAGIN)is important systematic development direction with global coverage,optional reception,and proportional demand service,which deeply integrate the satellite-based network,aerial-based network,and terrestrial-based network to break down the systematic barriers of each network and give full play to the functions of diff erent network dimensions.The development process of the SAGIN from the aspects of policy orientation,academic innovation,standards and norms were discussed.At the same time,the applications of the new emerged technology in the SAGIN were prospected,and the possible development direction of the SAGIN in the future was discussed.
