摘要 C_(5)/C_(6)临氢异构化装置是生产清洁汽油的重要装置,其工艺以低温异构技术为主。某异构化装置采用异构化反应+产品分离技术,产品中低辛烷值组分循环至原料油罐,再次进入反应器反应生成辛烷值高的轻质汽油调和组分。该装置以重整预加氢拔头油为原料,I-82氯化氧化铝型催化剂为主剂,生产研究法辛烷值85以上的清洁汽油。I-82对原料中的有害物质含量要求非常严格,对原料中含氧化合物很敏感。设计采取了一些必要的催化剂保护措施,如开工过程要对反应和分离系统中的含氧化合物,目的是保证催化剂在生产过程中的活性。生产过程中为持续保持催化剂的酸性功能,连续对反应系统进行补氯等,为同类装置催化剂的长周期运行提供了借鉴经验。 The C_(5)/C_(6) hydroisomerization unit is an important unit for producing clean gasoline,and its process is mainly based on low temperature isomerization technology.A certain isomerization unit adopts isomerization reaction plus product separation technology,in which the low-octane component is recycled to the raw material tank,and then reenters the reactor for reaction to produce the blend component of light gasoline with qualified octane number.The unit uses the topped oil from reforming pre-hydrogenation as raw material and i-82 alumina chloride catalyst as main agent to produce clean gasoline with octane number above 85.I-82 catalyst has very strict requirements for hazardous substances in raw oils and is sensitive to raw oxygen compounds.Some important protective measures are taken in the design,including the removal of oxygenated compounds from the reaction and separation system in order to ensure the activity of the catalyst in the production process.In order to keep the catalyst acidic function during the production process,the reaction system needs to be continuously replenished with chlorine.This paper provides experience for the long period operation of catalyst in similar plants.
