摘要
为了实施孔间精准延期爆破,从而实现地震波峰谷相抵消减振。利用LS-DYNA软件对露天台阶深孔逐孔进行数值模拟,根据模拟得到的单炮孔爆破周期24ms,确定双炮孔间最佳延期时间,对延期爆破后的地震波进行分析,并通过振速峰值估算减振效果,对比同时爆破。结果表明:通过精准控制炮孔起爆时间,可以实现地震波峰谷相抵消,从而达到减小爆破振动的效果,当孔间延期时间为半个波长时减振效果明显。最后通过在现场工程中的应用,其结果与数值模拟结果的误差仅为1.32%。
In order to realize accurate delayed blasting between holes can be studied,so as to achieve seismic wave vibration speed peak and valley phase cancellation and vibration reduction.Using LS-DYNA software,the open-air bench deep holes from hole to hole were numerically simulated.According to the blasting cycle of single blast hole 24 ms obtained by the simulation,the best delay time between double blast holes was determined,the seismic waves after delayed blasting were analyzed,The vibration reduction effect at the peak velocity was estimated,and it was compared with the simultaneous blasting.The results show that the effect of seismic wave peak and valley phase cancellation can be achieved to reduce the blasting vibration by precisely controlling the initiation time of the blast hole,and the damping effect is obvious when the delay time between holes is half a wavelength.Through field engineering application,the results are consistent with the numerical simulation.
