摘要
围绝经期综合征的基础病机为肾精不足,阴阳两虚,但肾虚本是此年龄阶段人体衰老的生理过程,无法单独致病,肺、脾、肾阴阳失调才是围绝经期综合征的病机关键。汪绮石提出三本二统的治虚原则,"肺为五脏之天,脾为百骸之母,肾为性命之根",强调肺阴、脾阳对肾的生化作用,认为阳虚统于脾,阴虚统于肺。三本二统论拓宽了肾虚治法,肺脾肾三部同治,补中寓调,纠正了一味填补命门水火的壅滞之弊,使阴阳相系而无浊邪干扰。本文从三本二统论出发,结合围绝经期综合征的病机特点,提出润肺以生肾阴,健脾以助肾阳的治法,并强调以平为期,以调为补,为围绝经期综合征的治疗提供理论参考。
The basic pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome is deficiency of Kidney essence and deficiency of Yin and Yang,but Kidney deficiency is a physiological process of human aging and cannot cause disease alone.The imbalance of Yin and Yang of Lung,Spleen and Kidney is the key pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome.Wang Qishi put forward the principle of“the Lung covers other viscera,the Spleen is the mother of all parts of a body,and the Kidney is the root of life”.He emphasized the biochemical effects of the Lung Yin and the Spleen Yang on the Kidney,and believed that Yang deficiency is attributed to the Spleen and Yin deficiency is attributed to the Lung.The theory of three principles and two systems broadens the treatment of Kidney deficiency,the three parts of Lung,Spleen and Kidney are treated together,through adjustment to achieve the effect of compensation,which corrects the practice of supplementing only from the Kidney,and makes Yin and Yang connected together without the interference of turbid evil.Based on the theory of three principles and two systems and combined with the pathogenesis characteristics of perimenopausal syndrome,this paper puts forward the treatment methods of moistening Lung to produce Kidney Yin and strengthening Spleen to help Kidney Yang,and emphasizes the importance of balance and unobstructed,providing theoretical reference for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
