摘要
科学技术的发展使得数控技术在各个领域获得了广泛应用。由于人们对机械设备的要求不断提高,对机械加工机床的生产质量要求越来越严格,因此需要利用科学的加工技术对其进行处理。将数控技术应用于机械加工机床生产,能够显著提升加工的精确性,给机械加工行业的发展带来了全新的机遇。本文主要对数控技术进行概述,说明数控技术在机械加工机床中的具体应用,提出数控技术在机械加工机床中的应用要点和前景,从而提高机械加工机床生产的质量及效率。
With the development of science and technology,numerical control technology has been widely used in various fields.Due to the increasing requirements for mechanical equipment,the production quality requirements of machining machine tools are becoming more and more strict,so scientific machining technology is needed.The application of numerical control technology in the production of machining machine tools can significantly improve the accuracy of machining and bring new opportunities to the development of machining industry.This paper mainly summarizes the NC technology,then explains the specific application of NC technology in machining machine tools,and finally puts forward the application key points and prospects of NC technology in machining machine tools,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of machining machine tools.
